The role

- Manage a portfolio of injured workers returning to pre-injury or new employer roles
- Coordinate rehabilitation and return to work plans across complex physical and psychological injuries
- Conduct workplace, ergonomic and functional assessments and develop tailored return to work programs
- Attend case conferences and provide clear, timely recommendations throughout the rehabilitation process

About you

- Qualified OT / Physio / EP with current AHPRA registration
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Clinical or occupational rehabilitation experience
- An understanding of injury management, return to work or vocational rehabilitation
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Outcome-focused, empathetic and confident working with injured workers and external stakeholders
