Our client delivers premium residential communities that place resident experience, service and long-term asset performance at the heart of everything they do.

Opportunity

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a premium residential community of more than 200 apartments.

You will lead the onsite team, build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders, oversee leasing performance, ensure operational excellence and work closely with the asset management team to maintain outstanding customer satisfaction and financial performance. This is a highly visible leadership role where resident engagement, property operations and team leadership are equally important.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operation of a premium Build to Rent community.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing onsite team.
- Deliver an exceptional resident experience and foster a genuine sense of community.
- Oversee leasing performance, resident retention and occupancy.
- Manage contractor performance, maintenance and presentation standards.
- Build strong relationships with asset owners and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative and operational requirements.
- Prepare operational reporting,



budgets and performance updates.

About You

You will come from a solid property management background and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You are a natural relationship builder who enjoys being visible within the community, leading by example and creating environments where both residents and teams thrive.

To be successful you will have:

- Current NSW Class 1 Real Estate Licence (essential).
- Significant residential property management experience.
- Previous leadership experience within residential, Build to Rent, PBSA, serviced apartments or premium property operations.
- Strong understanding of tenancy legislation and property operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style.
