Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Moorebank
This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Moorebank, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.
Your responsibilities
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Pay structure
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Support
You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
Qualifications
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Availability needed
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
