Responsibilities
- Execute: Deliver flawless commercial and residential cleans using our mandatory workflow.
- Focus: Take full ownership of detail work—high-touch areas, baseboards, and top-to-bottom surface care.
- Audit: Complete the mandatory quality checklist before leaving every site.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Work Rights: Full, unrestricted legal right to work in Australia
- Transport: Valid Australian Driver’s License and reliable access to an insured, roadworthy personal vehicle.
- Fitness: Physically fit and capable of continuous manual handling, lifting up to 15–20kg, and repetitive bending/stretching.
Superannuation, and applicable Vehicle/Travel Allowances.
