Ayul Community Care (ACC) is seeking a mature, reliable, and compassionate Tamil-speaking Male Support Worker to provide ongoing, one-on-one support to a client in the Tregear area.

Job Details & Schedule

- Position Type: Casual / Subcontractor
- Location: Liverpool, NSW
- Hours: Casual shifts (2-4 hour shifts)
- Regular Days: Monday- Friday
- Regular Shift Time: 8.00am onwards
- Commencement Date: Wednesday, 21 October 2026

About the Role

We are looking for a mature, respectful, and personable Support Worker who can communicate effectively in Tamil and build a strong, trusting relationship with the client. The successful candidate will be confident in delivering individualized support while actively promoting the client's independence, dignity, and personal choices.

Essential Requirements

- Gender: Male Support Worker
- Language: Fluent in Tamil with good spoken and written English
- Qualifications & Experience:



Relevant disability/aged care qualifications or experience preferred
- Compliance & Screening:
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check/ Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Active ABN
- Valid Public Liability & Skilled Indemnity Insurance
- Transport: Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
