Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Munster
We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Munster. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
What we are looking for
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
What you will do
Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Talk current enquiries through how the training works. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
Your availability
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
Pay
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
