We’re looking for caring, reliable Support Workers to join our team and help NDIS participants live independently and confidently in their communities.

About the role

- Provide personal care, community access, and daily living support
- Assist participants to achieve their goals and build independence
- Deliver respectful, person-centered support
- Complete accurate shift notes and reports

About you

- Passion for supporting people with disability
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)




- Working with Children Check
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
- First Aid/CPR certificate (desirable)
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability (desirable, not essential)
- Right to work in Australia

No experience? No problem. If you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we’ll support you with training.
