We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to strengthen our market and community presence and support sustainable growth through research, targeted campaigns and effective service positioning.

About the role

You will develop and implement marketing strategies that build awareness of our services, generate suitable enquiries and improve client acquisition outcomes.

Working closely with management, intake and service delivery teams, you will develop marketing objectives, plans and proposed budgets, and provide recommendations on market opportunities, service mix, competitive positioning and promotional priorities.

The role offers scope to contribute to both established services and emerging business opportunities, with a primary focus on our disability, healthcare, community support and plan management portfolio

Key duties and responsibilities

- Research market demand, customer needs, competitors and referral trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop marketing objectives, plans, campaign schedules and proposed budgets for management approval.
- Advise management on target audiences, service mix, competitive positioning and marketing investment priorities.
- Plan and deliver targeted digital and offline campaigns that increase service awareness and generate relevant enquiries.
- Develop explicit, accessible messaging for participants, families, carers,



healthcare professionals and community referral networks.
- Coordinate website content, SEO, paid advertising, social media, email campaigns and promotional materials.
- Develop referral-channel marketing initiatives and coordinate participation in relevant industry and community events.
- Manage campaign delivery, external suppliers and expenditure within approved budgets and timeframes.
- Work with intake and business managers to analyse enquiry quality, conversion trends, acquisition costs and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, channel selection and budget allocation.
- Ensure marketing activities accurately represent service capabilities and follow applicable privacy, consent and advertising requirements.

About you

We are looking for a marketing professional who can understand our services and audiences, develop practical marketing plans and deliver effective campaigns. You will be comfortable working with management and operational teams, balancing priorities and using evidence to improve marketing decisions.

Essential qualifications, experience and skills

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business with a marketing focus, or a related discipline,



or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience planning, implementing and evaluating marketing activities for products or services.
- Experience using market research, customer insights and competitor analysis to inform marketing plans.
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing channels, including website content, search marketing, social media and email.
- Ability to coordinate campaigns, suppliers, timelines and expenditure within an approved budget.
- Ability to interpret marketing data, report on performance and recommend improvements.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to explain services clearly and adapt messages for different audiences.
- Effective organisation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desirable experience

- Marketing experience in service-based industry.
- Experience supporting multiple services, brands or customer groups.
- Familiarity with accessible communication and responsible use of customer information in marketing.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
