About the Role

We are looking for caring and reliable Disability Support Workers to support male and female participants. You will assist participants to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own home and in the community, in line with their NDIS goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support
- Assist with daily living tasks and community access
- Support participants to build independence and life skills
- Follow individual support plans and behaviour support strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting
- Promote participant rights, choice, and wellbeing

Minimum Requirements





- Certificate III in individual support or equivalent
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Blue Card
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current Driver’s Licence and comprehensive car insurance

You are patient, reliable, and passionate about supporting people with disability to live meaningful, independent lives. You work well in a team and value respect, inclusion, and positive relationships.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
