Established over 40 years ago in 1984, Jimmy Stuart has a rapidly growing ecommerce business dispatching globally, a flagship store in Mosman and sells to stores across Australia.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A passionate, motivated and creative individual with a love for the fashion world to join our small, close-knit team in West Ryde.

Casual position, 3-4 days per week

Your role will include:

- Assisting the Marketing team in uploading/scheduling unique and engaging posts and videos to the brands social media channels.
- Plan and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, that align with client branding and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.




- Design and build a weekly email newsletter showcasing new arrivals, restocks, promotions and brand stories.
- Help maintain product listings, descriptions and imagery on the website.
- Interacting with customers by phone, email, social media and in person in a friendly, supportive and efficient way.
- Assist the production team on upcoming collections when necessary
- Picking and processing online orders.
- Complete regular stocktake to ensure all styles/sizes are available for purchase on our website.
- Identifying and resolving issues.
- General office duties.

We are looking for someone with:

- A passion for the fashion industry and social media marketing.
- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok channels.
- Familiar with platforms such as Shopify, Omnisend, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and CapCut or confident learning new tools quickly.
- Enthusiastic about content and video content creation.
- You can manage recurring deadlines, follow a brief and take initiative.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Capability to resolve customer issues.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Work with a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Great time management skills and highly organised.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Able to work autonomously and be proactive, as well as being a team player.
- Sewing experience an advantage.

Driving license (Required)

Casual position, 3-4 days per week.
