Enjoy WeCare is seeking a reliable, qualified and compassionate Disability Support Worker to support an NDIS participant in Wyndham Vale.

We are looking for someone who is patient, respectful, responsible and committed to providing quality, person-centred support while promoting the participant’s independence and wellbeing.

Requirements:

● Female support worker preferred.

● Minimum 2 years’ experience in disability support or the NDIS sector.

● Relevant qualifications and required checks.

● Current Australian driver’s licence.

● Own reliable car with valid registration and insurance.

● Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand Australian accents and communicate clearly and professionally

● Professional conduct, respectful communication and appropriate workplace boundaries.





● Comfortable working in a home where dogs and cats are present.

● Reliable, patient, compassionate and able to work independently.

● COVID-19 vaccination status: The participant prefers an unvaccinated support worker. Applicants are requested to disclose their current vaccination status
