Japan City is the largest Japanese Concept Store in Australia with Restaurant & Homeware under the same roof, currently located in Westfield Chatswood, Macquarie SC, Top Ryde City SC and Westfield Hurstville.

Japan City Hurstville is looking for an experienced kitchen staff who can mainly work on dinner and weekends shifts.

Requirements are:

*Any Experience in Japanese Restaurant will be preferred

*Confidence in a quick paced kitchen

*Hard working, Great attitude and Adatability

*Responsibility & Reliability

*Good Teamwork and Respect to others

*Availability for both weekends

Main duties will be:

*Making miso soup and other stocks, refilling the topping bars and portioning.

*Making Hot Food / donburi, udon, tempura, bento boxes, salad etc.

*Assisting a chef

*Maintaining Cleanliness





*Keeping a good communication with hall staffs

Working hours will be 9~15:30 for lunch shift, 17:00~21:30 for dinner shift.

Must be available for Thursday and Friday Dinner shifts, Saturday double shifts, Sunday lunch shift.

Wage will start from weekdays base hourly rate $28~$30 + Weekends Penalty + Superannuation + Annual Leave
