- Wash and clean dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, including floors, benches, and food preparation areas.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
- Receive, unpack, and store deliveries appropriately.
- Dispose of rubbish and maintain waste management procedures.
- Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and stored correctly.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Assist with kitchen setup, closing duties, and general cleaning tasks.
- Support chefs and other kitchen staff during busy service periods.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.
Pay: From $26.44 per hour
