About the Sous Chef role

Showcase your leadership skills and manage a team of two chefs, you’ll manage prep, ordering, and service with precision in our compact, high-energy space. This hands-on role is perfect for those who thrive in a bustling setting, especially as we gear up for the exciting Christmas season, filled with high-volume events. Here, every day is an opportunity to showcase your passion and creativity—where no job is too big or too small!

Key responsibilities

- Run the kitchen during service
- Lead and support a small team of back of house staff
- Manage prep and maintain consistency of dishes
- Order stock and maintain organisation of the kitchen
- Ensure food safety and kitchen standards are upheld




- Work closely with the floor team to support smooth service.

What we are looking for

- Strong Chef de Partie or Sous Chef experience
- Organised, reliable and calm during busy service
- Comfortable working in a small, efficient kitchen
- Someone who takes pride in quality and consistency
- A collaborative individual who is eager to pitch in and help the team

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
