We are looking for a warm, reliable and capable person to help with a mix of personal concierge work and support for our clients.

This is a very personal, varied role and definitely not a standard 9-to-5 position. We are looking for someone who is flexible, organised and genuinely enjoys helping people.

The role may include taking seniors to appointments, the hairdresser or shopping, running errands, collecting items, helping with bookings and appointments, light household organisation, personal shopping, coordinating services and assisting with day-to-day tasks.

There may also be general personal concierge work for families, so the role will be different from day to day.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Discreet and respectful of privacy
- Comfortable working independently
- Flexible with changing hours

A current driver’s licence and reliable car are essential.





Previous experience in personal assistance, concierge work, senior support, community support or similar would be helpful, but finding the right person and personality fit is very key to us.

Hours

This is a casual, flexible role.

Hours will vary from week to week and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings and occasional weekends depending on appointments and client needs.

This is a non-medical support role and does not involve nursing or personal care.
