Concierge – Full Time | Sydney CBD
$28 – $33 per hour | Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 2:30pm

Spectral Group is looking for a friendly, professional Concierge to join our team at a premium site in the city. If you enjoy helping people and like a steady weekday roster with your afternoons free, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for residents, tenants and visitors, making sure everyone gets a warm welcome and a smooth experience. Duties include:

- Greeting and assisting visitors, tenants and contractors
- Managing front desk enquiries, phone calls and emails
- Receiving and logging deliveries and parcels
- Issuing access passes and keys, and keeping accurate records
- Monitoring the lobby and reporting any issues or incidents
- Supporting building management with day-to-day requests

What we offer

- Full-time, permanent position
- $28 – $33 per hour, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 2:30pm – no weekends

What we're looking for

- Well presented, with a professional and approachable manner
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual, especially for early starts
- Calm under pressure and able to use initiative
- Basic computer skills (email, logging systems)
- Previous concierge, reception, hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
