About the Role

You’ll support participants in their homes and the community to build independence and confidence.

Your role may include:

- Personal care, meal prep, and daily living support
- Community access and social activities
- Supporting routines, goals, and independence
- Providing encouragement and meaningful engagement

About You

We’re looking for people who are:

- Reliable and genuinely care about others
- Positive, respectful, and easy to communicate with
- Comfortable working independently (management are just a call away)
- Interested in ongoing,



consistent work (not just occasional shifts)

Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle (with Comprehensive Insurance)
- Right to work in Australia

Bonus (not essential - pathways to becoming qualified)

- Certificate III/IV in Disability or Individual Support
- Experience with mental health, behaviours of concern, or complex care

Education:

- Certificate I - IV (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Drivers Licence (Preferred)
- National Police Check (Within 12 months) (Preferred)
- Working with Children Check (Preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (Required)
