We're Hiring – 2 Casual Front of House Team Members!

Zac's Great Food is looking for two enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Front of House Team Members to join our team for evening dinner service.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy providing excellent customer service and are confident working in a busy restaurant environment.

This is a casual position offering approximately 2–3 evening shifts per week, with opportunities for additional shifts depending on business needs.

Saturday evening availability is essential for both positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
- Managing tables and providing attentive table service throughout dinner service.
- Operating the POS system and processing customer payments.
- Serving food, beverages and alcoholic drinks responsibly.
- Assisting with bar service, including cocktails, mocktails and other beverages.
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant setting.
- Assisting with restaurant setup, restocking and end-of-night closing duties.
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and FOH team members during busy service periods.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in restaurant Front of House or table service is highly preferred.
- Confidence taking customer orders and managing tables independently.
- Experience using restaurant POS systems.
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organised during busy periods.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to scheduled shifts.




- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Previous bar or cocktail-making experience is advantageous but not essential.

Working Hours & Availability

- Employment type: Casual
- Positions available: 2
- Shifts: Approximately 2–3 evenings per week
- Shift times: Generally 5:00 PM until close (approximately 10:30–11:30 PM)
- Saturday evenings: Mandatory
- Additional shifts may be available depending on operational requirements.

We are looking for team members who can consistently commit to Saturday evening shifts and contribute positively to our restaurant team.
