About the Role
As a Reception Team All Rounder, you'll be the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations — part concierge, part sales consultant, part customer service champion. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who loves people, loves fitness, and isn't afraid of a sales target.

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering a warm, skilled welcome to every member and visitor
- Handling membership enquiries, tours, and sign-ups with a genuine sales mindset
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets (memberships, personal training referrals, retail)
- Managing bookings, check-ins, and day-to-day front desk operations
- Resolving member queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Keeping the front-of-house and gym floor presentation spotless and on-brand, including cleaning duties to ensure the club is always presented at the highest standard
- Promoting current promotions, events, and programs (including our kids & youth programs)
- Supporting retention initiatives — reaching out to members,



following up leads, and helping build long-term relationships
- Getting involved in outreach activities to build the UFC GYM presence in the local community and drive new membership growth
- Working closely with the Club Performance Manager and wider team to hit club targets

What We're Looking For

- A natural people-person with strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales (fitness industry experience is a bonus, not essential)
- Confidence having sales conversations and comfortable working towards KPIs
- Someone reliable, well-presented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- A genuine interest in health, fitness, and the UFC GYM brand
- Comfortable with hands-on cleaning and presentation duties to keep the club at its best
- Willingness to get out into the community for outreach and promotional activities
- Flexibility to work a roster that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends
