Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the fast-food restaurant. Responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
- Oversee the daily operations of the quick food restaurant, ensuring efficient and smooth service
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained, placing orders as needed
- Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce costs
- Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
- Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Undertaking budgeting for the establishment
- Addressing customer concerns, complaints,



and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Ensure that customers receive high-quality service and food in a timely manner
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to service and product offerings
- Control selection, training and supervision of staff
- Supervise and lead a team of kitchen staff, front-of-house workers, and servers
- Schedule shifts, manage employee performance, and provide training and development opportunities
- Handle staff conflicts, ensure team productivity, and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers

Pay: $79,500.00 – $80,000.00 per year
