Trainer and Assessor (Automotive & Engineering) positions are currently available for immediate start in the South West region of Western Australia. We are seeking a highly motivated skilled to deliver and assess training for AUR20720, AUR20520, and MEM20422 qualifications.

About the Role:

Our Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45764), Phia Education Pty Ltd is expanding its operations in regional Western Australia. We are looking for an experienced Trade Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training outcomes to students and apprentices in the South West.You will be responsible for the delivery and assessment of the following nationally recognised training packages:

- AUR20720: Certificate II in Automotive Vocational Preparation
- AUR20520: Certificate II in Automotive Servicing Technology
- MEM20422: Certificate II in Engineering Pathways

Key Responsibilities

- Training Delivery: Deliver dynamic, interactive,



and compliant face-to-face classroom and practical workshop-based training.
- Assessment & Student Support: Conduct comprehensive competency assessments and provide tailored, one-on-one educational support to students.
- Compliance & Administration: Maintain highly accurate student records, attendance sheets, and validation documents to satisfy ASQA and RTO standards.
- Industry Liaison: Maintain close links with local regional automotive and engineering businesses to support student placement and apprentice pathways.
