Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily food production processes, including production line operations and packaging
- Prepare, portion, and handle food products according to production requirements
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic production environment
- Clean and sanitise production equipment, workstations, tools, and processing areas
- Operate commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Complete scheduled cleaning and sanitation tasks in accordance with company procedures
- Assist with stock handling, ingredient preparation, and general production duties as required
- Follow strict food safety procedures and comply with HACCP requirements at all times
- Adhere to WHS policies and contribute to a safe working environment
- Support the team in meeting daily production targets while maintaining product quality standards
Work Conditions
- Manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, in both cold and hot environments
- Early morning starts – ideal for early risers
