Apollo Energy Solutions is a local solar and battery company based in Cardiff. We look after homeowners from the Central Coast up to Port Macquarie and right through the Hunter Valley. We're growing quickly and building out our sales team, and we want people who want to grow with us. Solar and batteries are one of the fastest growing industries in Australia, backed by federal and state government incentives that make it easier than ever for homeowners to say yes.

You'll be the first person a homeowner talks to at Apollo. You'll call warm leads and past enquiries, find out what they're paying for power and what they want out of a system, and book them in with one of our Solar Specialists. There's no hard selling. The job is to have good conversations and keep the calendar full of quality appointments.

This isn't a dead end call centre job. Setters who consistently hit their numbers get trained to run appointments themselves and step up into a Solar Specialist role,



earning commission on every system they sell. Our senior sales team started out learning the product and the customer, and that's the path we've built for you. We'll show you how the systems work, how to read a power bill, and how to put together a proposal, so you're ready when the step up comes.

What you get $70,000 base salary plus $100 commission for every warm lead you generate that goes on to install. Our setters hit between 3 and 10 a week, which puts you at roughly $85K to $120K a year. All training provided, covering the product, the phones, and the sales process. A clear path to senior sales with uncapped commission. A up-to-date office in Cardiff and a team that actually backs each other.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
