* ability to work under pressure in a fast paced setting

* ability to work a MINIMUM of 3 shifts per week including a Friday and/or Saturday evening closing shift. Must be able to work until 10.30pm

* must be physically fit, some heavy lifting involved

* tasks include but not limited to, rinsing dishes and using commercial dish washer, assisting cooks, use of fryer, hotplate & grill, organising recycling and rubbish removal

* School graduates & University students welcome to apply

* must have full Australian working rights

* Pay rate according to Restaurant Industry Award
