Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Cabramatta West

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Cabramatta West. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

Rent and support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Pay and super

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week




- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What you will do

Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
