RM PREP is a growing business based in Brisbane, specialising in Subfloor preparation, leveling and grinding. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Building Associate to join our team and support the successful delivery of our projects.

About the Role

The Building Associate will work closely with our management and construction teams to coordinate and support building projects from planning through to completion.

The role will include:

- Assisting with the planning and coordination of building projects
- Supporting the preparation of project schedules, documentation and reports
- Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders
- Overseeing daily site operations, labor, and managing the sequential flow of trades
- Assisting with site activities and monitoring project progress
- Reviewing building plans, drawings and specifications
- Supporting construction activities
- Assisting with quality control and ensuring work is completed in accordance with project requirements
- Helping to identify and resolve construction issues as they arise
- Maintaining project records and documentation




- Supporting compliance with workplace health and safety requirements

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- Relevant qualifications or experience in building, construction or a related field
- Experience working in the constructionindustry
- Knowledge of building processes, construction methods and project coordination
- An understanding of constructiondrawings and specifications
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
