Client Services & Engagement Administrator

As our Client Services & Engagement Administrator, you'll help make sure every participant and family feels welcomed, informed and supported throughout their journey with RSA. You'll complete referrals, intake, onboarding and ongoing participant administration, while helping us build strong relationships with families, referrers and our community.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to inquiries and coordinate new referrals
- Conduct intake conversations using established forms and procedures
- Complete preliminary risk screening using structured checklists
- Maintain referral records and waitlists
- Document participant funding information, service agreements, consent forms and onboarding paperwork for new and existing participants
- Build and maintain relationships with referrers and community organisations
- Support RSA's growth across Ballarat, Geelong and surrounding regions
- Work alongside our marketing team to improve communication and the participant experience

About us:

We're a team of wonderfully unique individuals who share a love of making a difference (and occasionally nerding out over all things behaviour!).

Some of us love a good spreadsheet and a quiet space, while others could talk about neuroaffirming practice and interoception for hours, and some of us just really love a good coffee and a chat.

We provide specialist behaviour support to children and adults across Ballarat, Geelong and Melton. We believe in building genuine relationships, supporting our people and making behaviour support practical, meaningful and person-centred.
