We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Projects Coordinator to join our Mackay branch. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career across sales, project coordination and customer relationship management within a global organisation.

Working closely with the Branch Manager and broader operations team, you'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, from initial customer enquiry and quotation through to project delivery and ongoing client support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and being involved in a variety of projects across multiple industries.

What You Will Do

Coordinate the delivery, installation and removal of modular building projects

Support customers throughout the sales and project delivery process





Prepare quotations and assist with incoming sales enquiries

Schedule subcontractors, suppliers and project activities

Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Raise purchase orders and support invoicing processes

Monitor project costs and assist with budget management

Coordinate fleet servicing and maintenance requirements

Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders

Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships

Assist with branch operations and administrative activities as required

Support the Mackay team to achieve sales and project delivery targets

What You Will Bring

Experience in administration, customer service, sales support, project coordination or a similar role

Alternatively, recent graduates looking to develop a career in sales and project coordination are encouraged to apply

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A genuine interest in customer service and developing commercial acumen

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

High level of initiative and willingness to learn

Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office
