The Trophy Superstore is a growing Trophy and Awards business. The business has recently expanded both within Brisbane and Interstate, and we are looking to add a dedicated Sales Assistant/Store Manager in our Underwood store.

This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering a high-quality in-store and remote experience for clients ordering trophies, awards, and custom products. The role will also require ordering of stock and management of inventory.

Key responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a robust knowledge of our products and services

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries

Manage and reply to emails in a timely and professional manner

Manage inventory requirements and liaise with suppliers

Provide quotes and basic product guidance (training provided)

Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable showroom





Maintain the internal sales system ensuring that all orders are entered correctly and stock is ordered correctly

Ability to work under pressure.

Excellent organisational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, confident, and qualified manner.

Ability to multitask across in-store customers, phone, and email.

Comfortable proficiency with common computer programs and applications.

Retail or customer service experience preferred (not essential).

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
