You will provide sound advice on complex employee and industrial relations matters, including performance, conduct, probation and Reviews of Actions, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and industrial agreements.

You will act as Grievance Registrar, build relationships with People & Culture, managers, employees, senior executives and unions, and support
