With two opportunities available, the firm is open to experienced Associates ready to step up, as well as established Senior Associates who can hit the ground running. You’ll work across the full scope of family law, including parenting and property matters, with the opportunity to develop your practice and build valuable referral relationships.

You’ll manage your own family law matters,



maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice. The team handles a broad mix of parenting and property matters, with an interest in growing its higher-value property work.

You’ll also have the opportunity to support junior lawyers through mentoring, drafting and day-to-day guidance. The firm values initiative and is keen to bring in someone who wants to contribute beyond their own files, including developing referral networks and generating new work.

What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally have 3–5+ years’ family law experience, although the firm is flexible for the right person. You’ll be confident managing matters with a good degree of autonomy, committed to producing quality work and comfortable working towards a five-hour daily billable target.

Just as importantly, you’ll be proactive, approachable and commercially minded, with an interest in building client relationships and contributing to the wider success of the firm.

The role is primarily office-based while you settle in and get to know the team. Some flexibility to work from home may be available once established.
