We are working with a global legal practice seeking a dynamic Senior Associate level lawyer to join their national Legal Operations & Knowledge Team. You can be based in either Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne, but they are also open to applicants in other states. This role is ideal for someone who is solutions focused, innovative and enjoys technical legal work. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, drive initiatives and help stakeholders deliver high quality legal services.

The Role

This role is for a Senior Knowledge Lawyer on a permanent part-time basis. You will reporting to the Head of Knowledge and be part of a close and collegiate team. You will work closely with partners, lawyers and business services teams, helping ensure lawyers have access to high-quality knowledge resources, training and creative legal technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining knowledge, precedents and practical guidance notes
- Supporting knowledge management initiatives across the firm
- Designing and delivering training and knowledge-sharing activities
- Implementing emerging technology and AI solutions
- Supporting best practice and innovation across legal teams nationally

About You





You will have at least 6 - 10 years post admission experience, ideally at Senior Associate level.

Other key requirements include:

- Legal qualifications
- Self motivated and able to work autonomously
- Experience gained within a large law firm environment
- Broad commercial legal experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Interested in knowledge management, precedents, legal technology and innovation
- Have a positive attitude and desire to help and proactively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
