They are seeking an experienced senior interior designer with experience in a D&C; environment to lead complex workplace projects, build client relationships and inspire project teams. This role suits a confident design leader who thrives at the front end, excels in delivery, and understands how great ideas translate into built outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead workplace projects from early pitch and concept through to construction delivery

- Drive client presentations, design narratives and front-end engagement with confidence

- Oversee project teams, providing clear direction, mentorship and design leadership

- Ensure projects meet best-practice workplace strategies, compliance and commercial objectives

- Guide documentation, construction coordination, value management and D&C; processes

Skills & Experience

- 10 or more years' experience in interior design, with experience delivering workplace interior projects in a D&C; environment

- Strong capability in client-facing roles, pitching and winning work

- Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex project workflows

- Solid understanding of construction, buildability, documentation, costing and value management

- Working knowledge of Revit, building codes and Design & Construct delivery models
