We have opportunities for both Customer Care Representatives and Sales Representatives, with full-time and part-time positions available.

THE ROLE

Depending on your strengths and experience, your role may involve customer service, sales, or a combination of both.

1. Customer Care Representative

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them access the right pest control services while delivering a positive and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming phone calls, emails and customer enquiries.

- Book pest control appointments and coordinate service schedules.

- Respond to customer questions about services, pricing and bookings.

- Follow up with existing customers regarding appointments and service requirements.

- Provide professional, friendly and helpful customer support.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our booking system.

- Liaise with technicians and the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner.

- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services where appropriate.

Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will help customers find the right pest control solutions for their homes or businesses while contributing to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming sales enquiries and identify customer needs.

- Explain pest control services, treatment options and pricing clearly.

- Prepare quotes and follow up with prospective customers.

- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.

- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional services.

- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer management systems.

- Work towards individual and team sales targets.

- Deliver a qualified, honest and customer-focused sales experience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A friendly, confident and professional telephone manner.

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

- A positive attitude,



willingness to learn and a proactive approach.

- Confidence using computers, email and basic office software.

- A sales-driven mindset and the ability to identify customer needs for sales-focused positions.

Previous experience in customer service, call centres, sales, appointment booking or the pest control industry is an advantage, but not essential for the right candidate. Training can be provided.
