Station Motors Narrogin is on the hunt for a motivated and customer-focused parts/service advisor to join our fast paced, multi franchise dealership.

As a Parts/Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice on parts and service options whilst ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to completion. This position plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the operational efficiency of our service and parts department.

In this dynamic role, you'll be involved in:

- Interpret and supply parts for workshop technicians and service teams

- Liaising with the Service Manager as well workshop controller to ensure smooth operation of the Service Department

- Retail parts sales and customer service

- Maintaining inventory control and stock management

- Handling customer enquiries,



identifying parts and dispatching in a timely manner to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction

- Following up outstanding quotations and purchase orders

- Maintaining accurate records and departmental procedures

What we’re looking for

- Automotive industry experience (preferred, but not essential for the right candidate)

- Previous experience as a parts advisor, service advisor or in a similar customer-facing role

- Ability to work within a high-volume department.

- Strong customer service focus with excellent phone and interpersonal skill

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to customers effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and maintaining records

- A team player with a can-do attitude

- Manual drivers license (C Class)
