As a Sampling Officer, you'll be the face of NHD on-farm, playing a vital role in delivering herd testing services. You'll work in the heart of Gippsland's dairy industry, based in Korumburra.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering and setting up herd test equipment
- Assisting farmers with the milk sampling process
- Ensuring accurate and efficient collection of data
- Building great relationships with valued farmers
About you
- Availability for early mornings and late afternoons
- Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build strong relationships with farmers and colleagues
- Basic computer literacy
- Great time management and attention to detail
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach
- A team player mindset who takes pride in their work
- Knowledge or experience in the dairy industry is a plus
