A part time receptionist will become available in December 2024 due to retirement on our successful young practice located in Gateway Plaza shopping Centre .
Ideally we are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, dental knowledge and excellent work ethics.
This is a key role and usually is the first point of contact for between our patients and the practice. We are looking for a candidate who is driven, personable, warm and motivated and has experience in the dental .

Orthodontic and Implant dentistry by an experienced team of dentists and support staff.
PRIMARY RESPONCIBILITIES
- Managing front office enquiries of the practice and being the first point of contact between patients and the practice.
- Control the appointment book and patient data entry .
- Explanation of treatment plans and coordinating with Principal Dentist and other clinician when necessary.
- Processing HICAPS and accounts, end of day reconciliation .
- Organize I.V sessions with principal dentist and inhouse anesthetist on monthly or fortnightly basis.
