The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, analytical and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our performance team.

This is a hybrid role that combines digital marketing strategy, client relationship management and performance optimisation. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their goals, solve problems and drive measurable growth across key channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads and broader digital campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Owning and managing a portfolio of performance-driven clients across multiple industries

- Planning, executing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and more

- Managing full-funnel performance, ensuring both the quantity and quality of results

- Analysing performance data and turning insights into improvements and client updates

- Building robust client relationships through clear communication and strategic guidance

- Collaborating with our creative, content and strategy teams to deliver aligned, impactful campaigns

- Thinking critically and creatively to identify opportunities and solve challenges

- Managing your own workload and timelines effectively

About You





- You’re confident managing paid media campaigns across Google and Meta

- You can lead performance strategy across a client portfolio and drive measurable outcomes

- You analyse data, spot trends and proactively recommend improvements

- You build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication

- You work well with internal teams to align creative and strategy with performance goals

- You stay on top of digital marketing trends, tools and platform updates

- You hold yourself to a high standard of execution in campaign performance and reporting

- You’re curious, analytical and proactive when it comes to solving problems and finding opportunities
