Performance & Continuous Improvement

Duration: Initial 6-Month Contract (with term to perm opportunity)
Location: Macquarie Park / Lane Cove

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Supply Chain Performance & Continuous Improvement Analyst to join a leading global organisation on an initial 6-month contract. Working across Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service and Operations, you will use data-driven insights to improve performance, customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse supply chain, logistics and customer performance data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions across planning, logistics and operational issues.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting and performance metrics.
- Facilitate governance meetings and track actions through to completion.
- Lead continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
- Partner with Planning, Logistics, Customer Service and Operations teams to implement improvements.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks and stakeholder engagement activities.




- Monitor operational performance and customer experience metrics to support business decision-making.

Skills & Experience

- 3-7 years' experience within supply chain, logistics, operations, continuous improvement or analytics environments.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI capability.
- Strong data analysis, reporting and performance management experience.
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and driving corrective actions.
- Exposure to planning, inventory, logistics, transport or order fulfilment operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a quick-paced environment.
