The ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our Queensland team. Working within a small, highly capable pre-contracts team, you will contribute to the end-to-end tender process, including the preparation of accurate first-principles cost estimates for civil construction projects.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate estimating activities and support effective team delivery
- Identify and assess suitable project opportunities
- Manage end-to-end tenders, including staging plans, construction programs and first-principles cost estimates
- Identify tender risks and opportunities and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
- Prepare clear, project-specific construction methodologies
- Manage post-tender activities through to contract award
- Coordinate a comprehensive handover to the construction team
- Conduct post-submission reviews to strengthen future tender outcomes

About YOU

- Demonstrated experience preparing civil construction estimates across multiple disciplines, including TMR tenders




- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in Expert Estimation and Microsoft Project
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
- Strong commercial negotiation skills within a pre-contracts environment
