The Physio

Mosman

Your first physio role could help someone do something they thought they couldn’t do again. A walk to the café. An outing with the grandkids. Small moments that mean a lot.

And while you’re helping them build confidence, we’ll be supporting you to build yours — with mentoring, a team in your corner and weekends that are yours.

Welcome to The Physio Co (TPC). ?

We’re looking for a warm, purpose-driven graduate physiotherapist to join our Sydney team in a part-time role, working 3–4 days per week across Mosman and the Northern Beaches. You’ll help people in their 70s, 80s and beyond stay active, independent and doing more of what they love.

Start your career with support around you

Starting your first physio role is exciting, and there’s plenty to learn. Whether you’re planning a treatment, working through a complex client situation or just need a second opinion, you’ll have a wealth of support to draw on.

At TPC, you’ll be supported by:

- Structured onboarding and shadowing, helping you find your feet before heading out on your own.

- A dedicated Team Leader and buddy, so you know who to turn to for support.

- Graduate training and coaching, with opportunities to discuss client situations, share ideas, build on your clinical and non-clinical skills, develop expertise in supporting seniors and become the best community physio you can be.

- Ongoing professional development, to keep you learning and growing.

- A dedicated Client Care Team, taking care of much of the admin behind the scenes.

We’re looking for someone willing to ask questions, reflect and keep learning. You don’t need to arrive knowing everything.

Your role: helping seniors keep doing what they love

As a community physiotherapist, you’ll support your clients over time. You’ll have the opportunity to really get to know them,

understand what matters to them and work towards goals that make a meaningful difference in their everyday lives.

It might be walking to the local café again. Getting up from a chair with confidence. Keeping up with the grandkids. Or feeling safe enough to head outside after a fall.

You’ll assess and treat clients in their own homes and retirement villages, with occasional aged care visits. Together, you’ll create personalised care plans to improve their balance, strength, mobility, confidence and overall physical function.

You’ll be there to celebrate their achievements and offer encouragement when things don’t go to plan.

And when that first trip back to the café happens, you’ll be there to celebrate together — knowing the work it took and just how much it means. ?

Work independently. Stay connected.

You’ll spend your days out in the community, with regular opportunities to connect, learn and have a laugh with your team.

- Daily phone huddles to celebrate wins, share client stories and work through roadblocks.

- Weekly team catch-ups for updates, shared learning and career development.

- Monthly whole-team meetings to celebrate awards, hear company updates and spend time together.

- TPC SWARM, our annual whole-team event for learning, connection, fun and awards.

- Social catch-ups, including our annual birthday and Christmas celebrations.

- Our team WhatsApp group for updates, celebrations and the everyday moments in between.

Why you’ll love being part of TPC

We want you to enjoy being a physio,

feel supported by your team and have time for the other things that make you, you!

You’ll also have:

- No weekend work. Keep your weekends for family, friends, sport or a well-earned sleep-in.

- Autonomy over your calendar, with flexibility in how you structure your day around client appointments.

- An award-winning, values-driven culture, where we support each other and celebrate progress.

- Our MVP recognition program, where teammates recognise each other for bringing our values to life.

- Profit share, because when TPC succeeds, we believe our team should share that success too.

- Device and kilometre reimbursements.

- An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providing free, confidential support for your wellbeing.

A little about you

You’re passionate about helping seniors move more, build confidence and keep doing the things they love. You enjoy working collaboratively with your team and building lasting relationships with clients.

You’re organised, proactive and ready to take ownership of your work, with support as you learn.

You’ll also need:

- A physiotherapy degree and current AHPRA registration by your start date.

- Availability to work 3–4 days per week.

- To be based in or be within easy reach of, Mosman and the Northern Beaches.

- A current driver’s licence and access to a car.

- Current First Aid and CPR certification.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Effective time management skills.

- A warm, empathetic and client-centred approach.

No community experience? That’s what the onboarding, shadowing and support are for.
