We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly and professional team at Tooth Heaven on a casual basis.

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant at our busy and fast-paced practice, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic. This is a varied position where you will provide both clinical and administrative support, assisting chairside as well as helping at reception when required.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working collaboratively with their team, and takes a proactive approach to supporting patients and colleagues alike.

Skills & Experience

You have:

- At least 6 months of Dental Assistant experience (essential)

- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desirable)

- Experience with Dental 4 Windows (D4W)



(highly regarded)

- Proficiency in computer literacy, especially with MS Office suite

- The ability to work confidently in a busy, quick-paced clinic environment

You are:

- Available to work 2-3 days per week, including Saturdays (essential)

- Highly professional with a polished image and excellent personal presentation

- An outstanding communicator with a keen eye for detail

- Exceptionally organised, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic
