We’re looking for 2 Casual Commis Chefs and 1 Casual Food&Beverage; Attendant to join our growing team!

The Commis Chef positions are fixed-term roles running through to Friday, 18 December 2026, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, professional kitchen and take pride in consistency, teamwork, and high standards.

The Casual F&B; Attendant role involves working across our CBD and Kensington sites, providing excellent customer service in a energetic environment.

Casual Commis Chefs - 2 Positions

- Contract: Immediate start to Friday, 18 December 2026

- Pay: $38 per hour

- Hours: Monday to Thursday, with two shift options:

- 10:30am – 6:00pm

- 12:30pm – 6:00pm

- Location: Artarmon, accessible by public transport, with street parking available

What You’ll Do

- Support the Sous/Head Chef during service, maintaining high standards of quality, pace, and consistency

- Manage mise en place, prep, and presentation to consistent standards

- Maintain kitchen hygiene, organisation and stock control

- Uphold food safety and OH&S; requirements

- Support menu development, specials,



and seasonal changes

What You Bring

- Proven experience as a Commis Chef

- Broad skills across multiple kitchen stations

- Calm, organised, and consistent under pressure

- Excellent communication and teamwork

- Current food safety certification

- Availability and commitment for the full contract period ending 18 December 2026.

Casual F&B; Attendant – 1 Position

We're also looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Casual F&B; Attendant to work across our Sydney CBD and Kensington sites.

- Pay: $35 per hour

- Locations: Sydney CBD and Kensington

- Role: Casual ongoing. Events and food and beverage operations.
