About the Role

Based in our Emerald office, you will work as part of our surveying team delivering projects across the Central Highlands region.

Depending on your experience, your role may involve:

- Conducting land and cadastral surveys and collecting accurate field data

- Operating modern surveying equipment and technology

- Assisting with or preparing survey plans, reports and documentation





- Collaborating with surveyors, town planners and drafting teams

- Liaising with landholders, clients and project stakeholders

- Ensuring survey accuracy and regulatory compliance

- Supporting field operations and equipment maintenance

- Contributing to safe work practices and project planning

- Flexible working roster

About You

We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to grow their surveying career in a supportive environment.

You’ll ideally bring:

- A qualification (or progress toward) Surveying, Spatial Science or a related discipline

- A current driver licence

- UAV licence (desirable but not essential)

- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills

- Good communication and teamwork abilities
