The Bangalow Hotel located 10 min from the Heart of Byron Bay is on the lookout for a recent Duty & Assistant Managers

Reporting directly to the Licensee and Group Operations Manager of the Hotels you would be responsible for day to day operations of the hotel whilst working within a strong core team. Great opportunities for the right candidate.

Qualifications & experience

- Must have RSA & RCG

- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience required

- Hospitality management experience specifically required

- Desire for a hands on role

Tasks & responsibilities

- Staff Training & Development

- Day to Day Operations

- Opening & Closing Venue

- Maintaining & monitoring OH&S;

- Staff Rostering

- EGM Experience preferred

- TAB Experience preferred

Must be available nights and weekends

Availability required for rotating roster including nights and weekends
