About the role:

This is an entry level position with a heavy focus on learning and development and assisting the division. Join a growing team and work directly with experts in the field. In this role you will lay the groundwork and build your financial planning career, with a view towards full qualification over time. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or graduate diploma qualified candidate to start their career and take steps to become a trusted advisor for their clients

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Learning the relevant legislation & financial planning standards and industry practices
- Assisting in the preparation of investment advice documents for clients;
- Support financial advisers with general client administration and processes.
- Support financial advisers in the implementation of investment recommendations.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Essential





- Completed a Business / Finance / Commerce degree or relevant graduate diploma of Financial Planning
- Completed university studies or scheduled to complete end of 2026

DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:

Essential

- Strong communication skills
- Robust attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
