About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, commercially minded and people-focused Branch Manager to lead our Geelong Commercial Painting team.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing branch operations and building strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

This is a varied, hands-on leadership role that combines business development, operational management and people leadership. You'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support branch growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Oversee branch operations, project delivery and resource coordination.
- Support estimating,



pricing and project management activities.
- Monitor business performance and contribute to achieving branch targets.
- Lead, support and develop team members, fostering a positive and accountable team culture.
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements and OH&S; management systems.

About You

You are a proactive and resilient leader who combines commercial awareness with a practical, hands-on approach. You enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities and leading teams to deliver strong business outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- A proven background in business development, sales or account management, with experience building productive client relationships.
- Experience overseeing operational activities, projects or service delivery.
- An understanding of estimating, project management and commercial principles.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound numerical ability and confidence presenting to clients.
- Initiative, adaptability and a solutions-focused, can-do attitude.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Experience in commercial painting, construction,



facilities management or a related service industry will be highly regarded.
