This is not a back-office reporting role. You’ll partner closely with the ANZ leadership and sales teams. You’ll run the full FP&A; cycle and use it to influence how the business grows, prices and invests. You’ll take part in commercial conversations, not just report on them afterwards.

You’ll be the person leadership comes to when they need to understand the numbers and decide what to do about them. That means clear insight, strong forecasting and the confidence to challenge when needed.

What you’ll be doing:

- Partner with senior commercial and sales leaders on performance and growth
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting across ANZ
- Explain revenue, margin, cost and working capital results in clear commercial terms
- Build scenario models to support pricing, investment and growth decisions
- Work with regional finance teams to keep submissions accurate and aligned




- Improve forecast accuracy and lift reporting efficiency through automation and better dashboards

What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years in finance within a multinational or large corporate
- Solid FP&A; experience combined with hands-on business partnering
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI or similar tools a strong advantage
- Experience with Tier 1 ERP systems
- Comfort working with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
