Employ is currently seeking 4 reliable and detail-oriented Scanning Operators for an immediate start on a short-term project based in Moorebank.

This assignment involves assisting with the scanning and processing of HSC Year 12 examination documents. We are looking for candidates who are available for the full duration of the project and can work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and organising documents for scanning
- Operating high-volume scanning equipment
- Scanning and processing examination documents accurately and efficiently
- Conducting quality checks to ensure documents are scanned correctly
- Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive documents
- Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Assisting with general document processing duties as required

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in document scanning, data entry or document processing (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy




- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work efficiently in a team workplace
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
- Availability to commence Wednesday, 21 October and work through to the end of October
- Must be an Australian Citizen

Important: Applicants must have a Police Check issued within the last 6 months or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.

What's on Offer?
