We are looking for an experienced Residential Site Manager to join our Adelaide Construction team and play a critical role in delivering high-quality homes that exceed customer expectations.

Reporting to the Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the end-to-end construction process of multiple residential homes
- Ensuring homes are delivered on time, defect-free and to Metricon's quality standards
- Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Driving site productivity while maintaining safety and compliance standards
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks
- Managing construction timelines and resolving issues proactively
- Building strong relationships with trades, suppliers and stakeholders
- Communicating regularly with customers throughout their build journey
- Ensuring compliance with all building regulations, OH&S; requirements and company policies
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience from slab to handover; and
- Conducting customer walkthroughs,



home demonstrations and final key handovers.

The successful candidate will have:

- Proven experience as a Residential Site Manager
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations and residential construction practices
- Experience managing subcontractor performance and construction schedules
- Knowledge of OH&S; legislation and quality assurance processes
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions confidently on-site
- Takes ownership and accountability
- Leads by example on site
- Builds strong relationships with trades and customers
- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Communicates professionally and confidently
- Is highly organised and outcomes-focused; and
- Loves delivering a quality home and an exceptional customer experience.
